I have decided to start a new diary for the final leg of my journey.
Reading back through my old diary bought back some memories but it also made me feel a bit like I have failed by not going back on the shakes.
So I have decided to treat this as a seperate journey, the final leg if you will, taking it one stone at a time. I hope to be at my goal of 9st 7lbs for my birthday, which is the 21st June.
I realised I was putting far too much pressure on myself to lose ridiculous amounts of weight in severe ways and it was just causing me to binge. So for me Atkins is the way forward
My start weight for "the final leg" was 14st exactly, today I am 13st 11lbs.
So here I will record my daily food intake and probably a million ramblings!
