oh Jools - I'm soo pleased to hear you sound so positive and back on track.

Although I'm far from one who should be shelling out advice at the minute - take it day by day, don't look at it in the respect of the couple of months it'll take you to get to goal, or even until the next weeks weigh in - don't look that far - as it can become daunting. Take it day by day and if you're finding it hard at night, keep thinking "ill have a whole 20 something points again in a couple of hours" (I always feel this helps!!) also, keep reminding yourself that you want to be slim more than you want to eat. baby steps and mini goals are definately the way to go, from what I've learned.

The very very best of luck pet, know you can do this!!!

Right guys ......

I think its time I restarted. I keep shelling out advice but don't take any notice of what I advise myself.

Im gonna do this week trying to count my points. Im also gonna change the title of my thread and see if that helps! lol!

Gotta get my backside into gear and if Marie can do it so can I!!!! ;)

I went out for a planned meal last night. We wend to an Indian buffet OH MY GOD how delicious!

Soooooooo today is my start day as Im not out now until April 19th so Ive got a straight 5 weeks run in which I would like to lose half a stone.

Hey, just wanted to say I'm sure you'll have that off in no time, and glad you enjoyed your indian. Unfortunately, I've not been able to get any enthusiasm back so am going for hypnotherapy on Monday.

wow we are all sounding so positive aren't we??? I am gonna try and calorie count this week (Thanks Nikki). Its something I have NEVER ever tried before but Im gonna give it a go as you never know it may be the one that works for me!

Well I have given up the calorie counting and gone back to my good old points.

I was completely baffled and lost the plot counting calories. I got halfway though today and then just started counting points! So points it is!

lol I weigh in on a monday usually but may change that to a saturday morning!

Ive been a good girlie and Im hoping I can lose something by next saturday! Ive no batteries in my scales so will have to go into town for them during the week.
