Birdseye baked to perfection salmon

Tuna pasta mayo (1 syn, SW as yesterday)
With tomatoe, cucumber, carrot and sweet corn mixed in
Mullerlight

Snacks
Grapes, apple, alpen light bar (1/2 hex b)
Options hot choc - 2 syns

Milk in teas - hex a

No added sugar squash - 4 big glasses (trying to increase)

Body magic - couch to 5 k run/walk 3.5k, 25 mins

3 syns so far, prob have a treat when get home fr work, crisps or choc fingers??? Will update later.

Have read loads of inspirational stories on here today and new mag and feeling positive (even if scales are not budging!!!!)

Right seriously I am NOT happy - scales this morning showed 11.3 1/4 !!!!

How am I managing to put on weight when I am being so careful and trying so hard to loose??

I cannot see where I'm going wrong, anyone help????

Right I need to do this and I need help, even if its just to get it in a record for all to see...

I work shifts so meals are not always in a 'normal or conventional' order.

All days are EE unless I stated.

4 x sesame ryvita's with scrapping of flora extra light and marmite. Bunch grapes

Snack
Apple & satsuma

Lunch
Wholemeal pasta with tomato/garlic/onion/mushroom & chilli sauce

Half children's tuna pasta mayo (leftover - 1/2 syn for extra light mayo)

Dinner
Birds eye baked to perfection salmon
Broccoli , cauliflower, carrots, baby corn
Apple & pear chopped in cranberry mullerlight

only 3 sesame ryvita make a HE b and not four - so this would be an extra 1.5syns

As I'm working nights tonight I will be taking snacks etc to graze on, the first night is always the hardest food wise as I am generally awake for 24 hours.

Planned grazing to take (poss wont eat all of it)

Did you make the spag bol, if so which mince did you use as most are not free? ( I got caught with this one!)
 
I think your food diary look great, some lovely meals on there - The Veg that you use is it frozen packs that you put in the microwave ? Ive often thought about getting these but wasnt sure if they would actaully taste any good ? THey are ideal for the 1/3 superfree.

Not sure which brand of cottage cheese you have bought but not all cottage cheese with pineapple is free. Eg. Tesco light choices cottage cheese and pineapple is 1 1/2 syns per 100g.

Nope the veg is fresh but I do use microwave "zip & steam" bags especially if no one is eating with me
 
So after all the fab advice I am today trying my first red day.

Tues 19th Feb

Breakfast
1/2 large banana
30g Kellogg's all bran chocolate crunch (hex b)
Vanilla mullerlight
Cup of tea (milk from hex a)

Body magic
30 min jog/walk - couch to 5k

Snack
1/2 large banana (the other half from breakfast
Large glass orange squash (sugar free)

Lunch
Cooked chicken breast
3 large raw carrots
Large glass squash

Large glass squash

Dinner
Spag Bol (without the spag) - extra lean beef mince, oxo, tinned toms, Tom purée, leek, onion, pepper. Italian herbs.
Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, baby corn
 
Ok I can do this red day stuff, no syns so far so..

Swimming with kids after dinner,

On return, orange
Then 4 x laughing cow light with blue cheese (hex a) (5 for hex a but 4 was enough!) on 4 sesame ryvita's (3 for hex b and 1.5 syns)

Later planning on a curly wurly with a cuppa - my mouth is watering thinking about it!! 6 syns

Total syns for my first red day - 7.5!!! Go me.
