Jo's desperate attempt to get it right..with pics

Ok I can do this red day stuff, no syns so far so..

Swimming with kids after dinner,

On return, orange
Then 4 x laughing cow light with blue cheese (hex a) (5 for hex a but 4 was enough!) on 4 sesame ryvita's (3 for hex b and 1.5 syns)

Later planning on a curly wurly with a cuppa - my mouth is watering thinking about it!! 6 syns

Total syns for my first red day - 7.5!!! Go me.

No but it was ok to be fair! And I was full too, no 2nds which I have been known to have too which is good. I'm gonna try and concentrate on actually "feeling full" this week which is tricky to say the least for me!
 
Wed 20th feb


So today was tough!! I went to a friend for lunch with kids and she didn't know I was slimming world, she put on a fab spread - ciabatta , bread (not brown) pizza, Doritos, some salad, ham and Philadelphia light small tubs, and bread sticks. My other friend brought all butter shortcake!!! Arrgghhhh....

I had a small slice of pizza, literally 6-7 Doritos then snuffled some ham from the kids, salad and 2 35g Philadelphia light tubs!! Managed to swerve everything else!

Lunch
1 small slice of tesco stone bake cheese pizza - whole pizza 880cals, my slice 1/8 - 110cals (1 syn per 10 cals = 5.5 syns)
6/7 Doritos (syn as 1/2 packet - 3.5 syns)
1 slice ham
Lettuce
Cucumber
Baby toms
2 x 35g light Philadelphia - hex a

Snack
Banana
Orange
1 x alpen light
4 cups of tea with dash skimmed milk - 2 syns

Dinner
Prawn stir fry with noodles & lots of superfree, peppers, cabbage, bean shoots, mushrooms, onions, red cabbage,
1/4 jar of sharwoods sweet chilli stir fry sauce - 2 syns

Melon & asda chosen by you fat free rhubarb and vanilla yoghurt

Alpen light - 1/2 hex b

Option hot chocolate - 2 syns

Total syns - 15 - phew bang on !!!!!

Also have had 3 glasses of sugar free squash! Not bad.

Found out tonight that my what I thought was free lunch I've packed ready for work tomorrow is actually 3.5 syns as it has almost 1/2 a tub of tescos beetroot salad on it!!! Aarrgghhh, will not be buying that again!

Egg & gammon loaf (SW) - picked at while getting kids to bed - so to top up superfree I had an interesting concoction of

In 1/2 tinned toms, garlic and chilli powder - was tasty and filling!!!

Options hot choc - 2 syns

Hex a - milk in tea
4 big glasses of sugar free squash

8.5 syns - doing well again this week -please please please show on the scales this week!!!!

Snacks (after work, always a struggle on earlies)

My first attempt of mushy pea curry - yum
Over a pile of superfree veg

OMG the gin is sooooo good, being on my rest weekend, this time next week I will be commencing my husbands 40th birthday celebrations - a meal with 40 friends at a local Mexican with cocktails, on Friday, lunch with more friends Sunday, Chinese with both sets parents on tues and then unbeknown to him a weekend at centre parcs - I feel a few flexi days coming up!!!!

Thanks so much, I just hope I get a loss this week !

Then I have a busy couple weeks, husbands 40th we have a number of celebrations lined up!!

Cocktails & Mexican with 40 friends fri 1st march
Lunch on his bday 5th march & Chinese with family that evening
Then unbeknown to him we have a weekend at centre parcs and we have a luxury hamper of food (saved from Xmas) to take with us.

I should then be able to get straight back on plan in fact outside if the above I intend to be on plan with a bit of luck I maybe able to maintain my minuscule loss.

I would sorely love to loose a stone before my hols in August!
