Well blow me - WI this morning finally going in the right direction!!!

2lb off !!!

Looking back over weight this year from 8/1/13
I am now down 7.25lb - half a stone at last !!!!

3.5 loss since sticking to SW and keeping a food diary on 22/1 slow but steady wins the race - right????

I've been AWOL, most likely for a few more days then I'll be back after hubbies bday celebrations are over!!!
 
I'll be back tomorrow, can't wait to be honest!!! Hope the damage isn't too major but also planning to join group on Thursday so I have 4 days to get my head back on track!!
 
Ok I'm back!!! Took a little longer than I'd hoped but I'm here now!!!

So yesterday's food diary looked like this, my first green day!!

Saturday 16th march (night shift so odd order of foods)

Mushy pea curry
Broccoli, cauliflower , carrots, baby corn

Wholemeal pasta
Cucumber & baby toms
2 tbsp extra light Helmans mayo - 1 syn

Milk in tea - 1 x hexA

2 x alpen lights - 1 x hexB

Mullerlight vanilla and choc sprinkles

Red grapes

Couple glasses of sugar free squash

Glass of berocca (multi vitamins effervesant drink - am suffering yet again from a hideous cold) - don't know how many syns I'm afraid but well under today so not worried an just need to get better!!!

Then too poorly to go to work meant no 3rd meal today as would usually be during the night.

So 3 syns - but not a good day as feeling rough
