I have had a bad evening. Today was fine but I hardly ate and things weren't good tonight. But I am going to record the food and syns to try and keep control.

Friday Red Day

In the evening I went to a party and drunk so had a flexi evening. I wasn't too bad with my choices but have no idea how many syns it would be!!

Weigh in tomorrow morning. Friday and Saturday were bad days but hopefully I will have lost something with it being my 1st week. I am going for 100% now because I saw photos of myself taken last night and I didn't like my double chin, my fat tummy and I looked huge.

Thankyou, I lost 2.5lb. It's my day off and I am in bed with a stomach bug. I have so much to do but feel too sick to stand :-(
 
I am still in bed today and have been ill with a stomach bug all day. I have just started to eat again now I feel less sick and am lying in bed hoping to soon feel better!!

I've had a bad weekend oh dear....

Weigh in tomorrow as well :confused:

I will get back to plan properly tomorrow. Really hope I haven't gained though tomorrow. Why do I do this to myself!

Thank you. I weighed today and have lost 1.5lbs. Very pleased but I had such a bad weekend and I know that is going to catch up with me this week so I really need to focus or I will have a gain next week.

When I say a bad weekend, it was bad! Two cream cakes, a galaxy ripple, two galaxy cake bars, 4 packets of crisps..... I am ashamed :eek:

I now have 5 days to rectify my diet and to really work hard or I am going to seriously have a gain at wi next Monday.

I have had 61 syns in 2 days.

44 syns left for 5 days. Not too bad really, I can manage that.
