Tuesday Red Day

2 weetabix and 1 tsp sugar (hex a, b, 1 syn)

Seasoned chicken thigh fillets with swede and carrot mash(3 syns)

How did you make the carrot and swede mash? Is it Syn free?
 
I peeled and cubed swede and peeled and sliced carrot and steamed it until soft (you can also boil) then mashed it up with a potato masher, added salt and pepper. It is syn free to that point.

I also add some clover lighter and syn it because it tastes nice with a buttery taste but you don't have to.
 
Friday Red Day

Unfortunately ate lots of chocolate tonight. Totm is imminent and I had an uncontrollable choccy craving :(
 
Ok I had a pretty bad weekend. Saturday was terrible and Sunday wasn't quite as bad but I wasn't on plan.

I am due on and this is a lot of the reason why. I weighed today and have sts. Hopefully I can get back to the plan today.
