    Hey!
Well this week I have been off work on holiday and went to visit my sister and my nephew down in Norwich! Had a great time but diet wasn't 100% :sign0007:

I am going to be 100% starting from today! As our holiday is only 19 weeks away! And for the first time in my life I want to wear a bikini! We are going to Icmeler in Turkey to celebrate our 3 year anniversary!

I have also changed my target weight to 10 Stone! Which should be ok, as I'm only 5'4!

So anyway, weighed in today at 12 Stone 11.50lbs, so I stayed the same!

I think that's really brilliant under the circumstances ..... you've certainly got this dieting lark cracked if you can go away and socialise and stay the same!

    Well done you!!! x

No not at all ... the only time I've been hungry was in week 5 when I had a [email protected] loss (for this plan) ... turned out I wasn't drinking enough water .......

If you do it right there's no physical hunger AND it gives you the chance to sort out all your 'headstuff' over food.

It's not for everyone though - I totally see that! x
