It was a bit stressful having my nan over, her dementia was in full swing today :/
Looked after neighbours dog today to, who is so laid back compared to mine!

My mum bought some photos round earlier and this one I found made me feel disgusted. I made it into a collage to show the difference!

When you've stuck with it it's always a little disappointing, but even with ww I would have 1 week a month this would happen, hopefully it means a good loss next week.
I'm going to try some red and green days this week.

Glad your not to down about it. Do you go to class or do sw from home. As your leader maybe able to tweak your plan a little.?

My leader says have some thing different for breakfast most days this will boost your metabolism.! Don't know if that will help !

Busy day, had a nice drive in the countryside to a little garden centre, after dropping my fella off. Went to my neighbours for a coffee, chat and computer lessons( I'm helping her be more confident on using her PC).

Picked my fella up and went to my mums for a BBQ to celebrate her birthday and had a lovely time.
I had vege sausages, a few new potatoes, a roll(heb), lettuce and tomatoes.
I had jelly and a sponge finger(2), turned down the cupcakes, ice cream and chocolate sauce.
My hea was milk used for coffee
