So the weekend was a big bust so I was amazed that I had lost 1 1/2lbs when I weighed in this morning!
If I hadn't gone and indulged on saturday and sunday then I probably would have lost another lb.
So here goes another week and hopefully another 1 1/2lbs

Two newbies in our group lost 7.5lbs and 8lbs each by following the plan exactly and having no syns. They really inspired me to have a 'start again' week. I have been reading through the books again and keeping a written log on me of everything I eat. I'm not very good at going without syns so I'm not expecting anywhere near their losses but if I can get 2lbs off this week I will be very happy :)

Wooo frickin hoo!!!! 2lbs off for me :D

I only stuck to plan 100% for 5 days but it worked out great :)

Am moving house this week and have started a new business so won't be anywhere near to as good this week but fingers crossed I can keep somewhere near the right track :rolleyes:

Well i didn't put it right, 3lbs on again!!!
I am really disappointed with myself, so i have been shopping and have made lunches and dinners for the next few days and i am going to try and be 100% for the week and get a proper start again next week. Fingers crossed for 3lbs off!

The burgers last night were syn free from Joes and they were really tasty! I've been making mine into big thick burgers and they have been really dry, these were thinner and so moist and yummy, highly recommended to any burger fans out there :)

just wanted to say hi and good luck with ur weight loss, i went to class last night had lost a lb wanted to lose 2 then it would have rounded it up to the stone but then am thinking if i only lose a lb a week for next 7 weeks will still be half a stone off and i eat very well on s/w and i'm quite often not 100% but this week am going to make a conscious effort to follow the plan exactly and see how i do :rolleyes: watch this space lol

I am hoping my determination to have a 100% week will last longer than the usual two days as I know I can get the 3lbs off if I really stick at it.

I am going to try for 8lbs off between now and xmas so that I will have lost a stone and can celebrate with some of my mums desserts :cool:

Good luck with your weight loss too, i'm sure we can both have a really good week :D

Am really happy with myself, it's day no.3 and am still 100%. Don't feel any slimmer yet but am happy that I am finally sticking to plan :)

I woke up this morning and could feel the difference! Yey!! It's only small but one of my tyres is definately deflating :D

Well yesterday was very nice as we went out with DH's friends and had a lovely dinner and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert :eek: gorgeous but bad!
