Am totally enjoying it I seem to be on a permanent high at the moment dont know why keep telling people in work im high on life and they think im nuts lol. Really enjoying getting back to the gym as well which I never ever thought i would be saying. Have been to the gym twice this week already and going tonight and have noticed that im not as out of shape as I thought I was and the coach told me im finding it easier coz im not carrying as much weight round the circuit with me which makes perfect sense!!xxx

Thats great Julie (re: the gym)....it is something I need to get back into, tone up and keep this weight off.
It is a nice feeling whenyou enjoy going to the gym, I used to be l;ike that, hope I can get back into that mindset eventually,.

Sorry havent posted for a few days has been a hectic weekend went to a casino night on Fri which was fab had an ace time and was nice to dress up and have fun, had a new hair do on Sat which im still not quite sure about but am warming to and today done lots of cleaning (house and car) and been to local nature park with my hubby and little dog - got a bit of excercise in there so happy with that. Still enjoying my food and sticking to 1500cals, scales not budging which is weird but hey ho not too worried feeling good in clothes now which is a bonus. Hope you have all had a lovely weekend xxxx

Glad to hear you had a good time at the casino, you didn't mention if you won or lost... lol Only a few more days now until your appointment, you must be over the moon and on tenterhooks about what they say and how soon it can go ahead, I feel really excited for you. I used to find the scales didn't budge the day after I went for walks, but they did move after that, I wouldn't worry to much as long as you are not gaining you are doing okay. Have a great day...

Thanks for that Linda only 2 sleeps till my appointment now gosh am so excited I feel like a child in a sweetie shop!!! Hopefully will all go well and until then am still eating healthily, taking recommended vitamins and exercising 3 times a week I feel so much better for the latter really missed the gym when I was on SS must be mad!!!!xxx

I only joined the gym last Monday, but after not going on Saturday and Sunday I was raring to go on Monday, I like to feel I have worked my body a little, so have raised the resistance a little bit, a slightly higher slope on the treadmill and a higher level on the cross trainer, also on the rower today, hope it doesn't upset my weightloss too much otherwise I will have to go back down again... Two more sleeps to go.... woohoo!!

One more sleep till my IVF consultant meeting, cant wait and its all been made possible by being on this mad mad diet!!! We all have ups and downs but the end result is so worth it xxxx

Meeting went well had scan which was all fine and 2 more syringes of blood, I swear if nothing else they will drain me if this carries on i had 4 syringes last week and 2 this!! Got to go back tomorrow for group meeting to explain all about what is about to happen, we have been put through for straight IVF as hubbys little swimmers are fine and next appointment after that is 11th August where we sign all the consent forms and see the doctor to arrange game plan seems like so far away but im sure it will come around quickly enough!! Thanks for all your lovely messages of support everyone it really means a lot to me xxx

Went for another meeting at hospital yesterday was ace was told how IVF will be done and now awaiting my meeting with doctor on 11th August to be told when so not long to wait now seems everything is happening now its been so long coming but now its all coming at once yey!!!!xxx
