Hey guys. On Monday we enter July. What challenges are you setting yourself, weight loss and otherwise?

I would like to lose 1 stone and make an effort to look good every day. I have spent so many years not bothering because I was fat and ugly anyway, what's the point. It's time for that to change.

I would like to reach 12st0lb in July - requiring a loss of 8lb. I'm also going to log my food and activity every day.

I have been thinking about the "other" challenge no good putting down an exercise challenge, I am a regular runner with my local athletics club and a regular cyclist, my biggest problem is bingeing every now and again, so my challenge is to stay on track for the whole of July except for a wedding on the 6th and to get back on track as soon as I am home after the wedding!

14lbs is probably way too optimistic. The most I have lost in a month is 11.4lbs. But that was last month so here we go. One whole stone for July. Good luck people.

I'll be weighing on Thursday afternoon. Hoping for a good one this week :) First day of logging food and activity has gone well - 90 minutes of walking today! It's amazing how it all adds up.
 
Hi all, im gona come in with a challenge of 7lb. Have to weigh in thursday this week then back to tuesdays so im not counting this next weigh in as part of my 7lb. Hopefully this week will just be getting off what i gained last week! I do have a wedding and my neices birthday this month but im really wanting a stone and a half off (from my start weight) by my birthday in august so im gona enjoy those two days but really superspeed and be on plan the rest of the time!x

Hi Guys

So I am going to start SW next week. I am going to Goa with some skinny ladies in October and refuse to be the chubby girl in a bikini! I ideally want to be 11 stones by 15th October and I am currently 13 stones 10lbs...do you think this is possible? I have just bought 30 day shred DVD too which I also plan to start next week. Let me know what you think and if any of you have similar goals!! :)

I'm going to go for a loss of 10lbs, back up to 5k on the reclining cycle and 20 lengths of the pool. Might not sound a lot but I'm struggling to exercise with a back in spasm and groin injury, due to thyroid problems I'm also suffering muscle weakness and cramps but I'm determined!

You're looking at a 38lb loss in 3 months, which is almost 3lb a week - which is quite a steep loss. Give it a go - but don't be discouraged if your losses are a little slower. In 3 months, I'm sure you'll have made great progress!

Would you like to join the challenge? How much do you want to aim for in July?
