May I join in? I am still weak but getting over virus nicely and ready to start getting back to regular exercise. I am going for power walking for 20 mins twice a day. I plan to play good old ABBA etc. and do a good old fashioned aerobic workout with light hand weights. My son has my 30 day shred dvd so he can give that back too. This 3 times a week? Any comments and tips gratefully received.![]()
