JUNE CHALLANGE

Stayed the same again - not surprising really, have not been very good recently. Need a quick up the:asskick:. Especially when I am trying on my wedding dress on Sat - I am in serious need of some :psiholog:.

Oh well at least it wasn't a gain and I suppose there is still over nine weeks to my wedding so I can do it.

Hi Tish,

I wouldn't be too disappointed, you've done amazingly well so far and so near you're goal. 9 weeks, you'll do it. It is common to get a week sts, annoying but not a lot we can do. Like you say at least you haven't put on. I bet you'll be losing again next week x
 
Another 2lbs for me this week, only 1lb more to go for the month. Really happy with that! Especially as hit my second mini goal, yay!

Not too good for me - I stayed the same again. My dress didn't fit on Sat (they couldn't zip it all the way up) so I over induldged at the weekend. I am back on it 100% now so more losses for me i hope.

I bet you'll be into that dress very soon Tish, well that is good motivation anyway. Get back on 100% and you'll soon see those scales moving next week, easier said than done I know, but you can do it.
 
Woo-hoo!!! 3lbs gone this morning! Toatlly wasn't expecting that as haven't had the best of weeks plus it's my totm :( So big shock this morning when got on the scales, stood on them 4 times just to make sure lol!

Sure you'll loose that by 11th Sept Biggirl, you're doing great! I'm excited by the half way mark too, have 3lbs to go and I'll be halfway. All of a sudden this is all seeming very possible to me this time, last time I lost faith along the way which wasn't good. I believe in myself this time, and that makes so much difference!
