right May wasnt really great in the weight loss department, and im more determined than ever to get going again in the weight loss train...

post your goals for the month, and i will add them to a list.....
(may sometimes take a while but i will make sure i get everyone... if not give me a kick up the bum!!)

rugbykirsty87 - to be anywhere in the 12st bracket, but 12stone would be great, so -10lbs!
 
wow bit early! havent ended May yet!

Im guessing my target will be 10lbs again though

hope i'm okay to join. looking to lose 8 pounds in june. that's 2lb per weigh in, so should be doable if i behave.

Weighed and lost 4lbs today, (I did gain that 2-3 weeks ago) but glad its gone WHOOP.
 
So do I start counting from tomorrow? (I know it goes against the trend a bit here but I find daily weigh ins suit me. I won't post every day though!) Sorry, I'm a little confused!

Well done, Nee!

Weigh as much as you like and post as much as you like, but the best way to get a good reflection of your weight losses is weekly

I am a 100 time a day weigher every day of every week, but only record my weight on a Monday :)

but if it suits you more then do it daily :)
