didn't reach my target.. had a low target of 8lbs as had a lot on... lost 5.5lbs this month so a bit disappointed but then again its still weight off

although I'm a bit confused... as if I take my start weight from my current weight, then its 21.5lbs off not 20.5lbs.... will have to check my CD's log and see where that missing pound went...

so maybe I will say 6.5lbs off this month!
