Just a Wondering...

... the SS booklet says that you should stay on SS until you reach your target weight *or* a BMI of 25.

My target weight is about 7-10lb lighter than my weight at BMI 25 will be... But if I can stop SSing when I reach BMI 25 and still lose the final half stone or so whilst I am going through the 790, 1000 etc weekly stages that would be great!

Do people tend to still lose weight when they have finished SSing and whilst they are on the 790,1000 etc cal weeks?
