Just found some 11 calorie chocolate treats!

OMG ive just discovered Mikado chocolate sticks are only 11 Kcals each .
(They are the ones where the lady is knelt on the photo copier in the advert.)

I think I have just found my life savers for DD chocolate cravings. They were on offer in Sainsburys too.

OMG! I've been wanting to try those for ages as look yummy, but haven't seen them anywhere yet, prob would find them if I remembered to look lol! Only 11cals, that's great but like aaleigha said if thet're that nice I'd probably eat the whole box quite happily in one go

What I do with some things, is open the box then portion themout into little sandwich bags, so I only have one little snadwich bag a time. That does work for me

Good thinking stirky. Even if I cant stop at one, even 5 is only 55 calories! Better than a yogurt lol
