well done on your weight loss chick. I never realised youd wrote that at the bottom of your text until i was deleting things. Sounds like your doing really well and you sound really motivated. Good on you. Did you end up going drinking last night? x

Thanks luv, I am addicted to this site some of these stories are very uplifting. I am very determined at least for the next weeks. Setting mini goals really helps, I would like to get a ticker thing but I don't have enough character spaces for it, go figure, I think I need more posts. I didn't go out last night, I had a nanna nap in the afternoon and didnt get up 'til late. It only occurred to me, when I heard the cheering, that when you said the game you meant the football, while I was talking rugby.
Have been out on the bike this morning and am very buzzed for a great week. How are you feeling?

glad that you are so focused, thats good. Oh sorry i thought you realised that i meant the footy, can't stand rugby lol.
i'm really enjoying this site also, have made a couple of things from the recipes which have been great. I'm just feeling the exact same, but i'm totally drained as these tablets are making me drowsy :(.
You should have space for a ticker, as i've got two and i haven't posted as much as you. x
