I am away from next friday - for the whole month - woohoo - but when I get back we can blitz some pounds around arthurs seat for you going to cuba if you like.

lunch - lamb salad, yoghurt and banana
dinner - lamb, courgette, peppers, onions and shoots stirfry, sauce (3 syns)
snacks - handful of smarties, apple,
drinks - water and coffee with milk ( HEA)

I'm not too good at running at just now i dont think i'd have the energy to do it to be honest huni :(. I really need to do something though, dont know how i'm going to lose the weight :(
 
we can just walk around, I am not ready to run up that killer bit just yet.
WI tomorrow, again I am a bit fearful of what the scales will say, but my clothes are looser and I am wearing clothes I haven't seen daylight for a while.

No only does drinking kill one days plan but also the next to get over it

saturday - red day(hangover)
Breakfast/Brunch - bacon and tomato sandwich (HEB)
Lunch - cheese (HEA) on toast
Dinner - fish and SW chips (HEB)
Drinks - coffee with milk (HEA) diet soda, flavoured milk
Snacks - snack a jacks ( 2 syns) 10 mikado (5 syns) 3 ryvita ferrero (3 syns
 
I had a grerat holiday - ate and drank as I pleased without concern of my bulging belly. Came back on Monday and have been a bit lax, coming down from the holiday high.
I have weighed myself this morning (14.5) and am motivated to complete my goals.
 
After the weekend of cleaning out the cupboards by eating everything in sight. I am 100% as of today, and am very motivated. Back riding my bike and running. 4 weeks until my frind comes to visit and then another 4 weeks until we see the OHs' sister.

WI either 14 or 14.3, its a big difference, but is still a loss either way. I was in such a rush to get out the door, I didn't take it in.

It wasn't much of a green day - but the rice worked out to be more syns than the beef.
