I will have done 100 days at 100% TFR on LT!!! I can't believe how fast it's gone!
I never imagined I'd get this far .
My official weigh in is tomorrow, but according to my scales at home, another 4lbs gone, which means I only have 4lbs to go to reach 5 stone
I'll update my tracker after official WI tomorrow.

Wow - well done for sticking to it for so long thats fantastic and really inspirational.
I started today and I'm worried and how long I can realistically stick it for - I want to do it until I'm at a healthy bmi weight fingers crossed.

caved in this evening on night 3! ended up with a banana and weightwatchers meal and rice cakes felt really weak and light headed and been drinking plenty i guess starting around ur period not good time. i know its not the right way but would i still loose (i know not as much and also be no ketosis) if i had 2 shakes then a meal in the evening for rest of week as dont want to totally give up

Well done Debbie. Your story inspired me to set a long term goal for the first time. I've always shyed away from long term goals as I've not had the confidence that I could stick at this for so long. But reading your story has given me the confidence to think that I can. I've just worked out that its 106 days till my summer wedding, so I'm aiming for at leat 56lb off by then.

Thanks again for sharing your story, its so great to see that this can be done.
