im only 5lbs of my previous LT weight from 2years ago i cant wait to get below that 12st3 mark i havnt been below that since about 8 years i cant wait to get into the 11s n go shopping. i must must make myself do more excercise than one zumba class a week need to get the shred head back on. but im soo pleased with how its working for me
