Hi, I'm new to the forum. I've decided to start practising what I preach. I have a weight loss site of my own and know many of the things I should be doing but have been crazy enough to ignore my own advice. The consequence is obvious I'm now seriously overweight. I'm going down the road of eating a healthier diet and controlling my portion sizes. I've already increased my water intake and I exercise regularly so I guess that's a start. Wish me luck.
