Well my first day of CD SS is tomorrow - met my lovely CDC today, met her lovely cat too and had a supportive hug before leaving armed with various flavours of shakes, soups and porridge
Bit about me - I'm 30 years old, had a complete hysterectomy 3 years ago (with removal of both ovaries), since op have gained 2.5 stone (ish) making me 5 ft 7in weighing 12st 3lbs. BMI currently at 27. My goal weight is 10 stone but I'll be happy to get from a size 16 back into my size 12s....
I go on holiday in 5 weeks and would be so happy if my holiday clothes would fit me.....here's hoping
My only concern at the moment is having bad breath (I work in a hospital and constantly have to meet consultants and patients) and the headaches...
Hoping there's others just starting out - would love a buddy to share the journey with
