Morning Kally love, I always use3d a standard coffee mug as my cup measure. Sounds like you had a dose of Atkins flu there.

I usually do about 15 minutes in the evening of toning up the arm area
the first is a standing press up
you use a wall, stand at arms lenght and put both palms on the wall, then lean into the wall hold for a count of 10 repeat x 10
Then with arms held either side at shoulder hight holding a couple of baked bean tins or medium water bottles filled with water
keep your arms held out for a count of 10 then lower then back up again for a count of 10
your arms feel like they are going to fall off but the improvement in bingo wings is well worth the hurt haha!!

I will give that a go - hope it works for me too - I have muscles due to being dragged around by 6 stone of dog but it is the droopy bits underneath that need sorting!
