I spend anywhere between 20 mins & 35 mins every evening on the treadmill, and try and burn a min of 300 cals, the rest I burn at the gym in the mornings, I try and burn at least 1000 cals a day, but my gyms getting revamped, so theres not a lot of machines that I can use, and when I can use them, theres always a que, so cant spend as long as I'd like to
