    First week on the pro points, here are my last 2 days - give us a shout if i am doing something wrong

    Brekkie

    2 Crumpets with Flora light spread =7

    Lunch

    WW Beef Hotpot = 6
    Quavers = 2

    Tea

    Uncle Bens Mushroom rice = 5
    Cheese and ham potato things! = 8
    Salad = 0
    Extra Light Mayo = 0

    Snack

    Diary Milk Bar(the thin ones) = 2

    Total 30 (daily allowance 29)

    Today
    Brekkie

    WW Ocean Pie = 5
    Quavers x2 = 4

    Tea

    Jacket Potato
    Salmon
    Salad

    Will update points later in case i change my mind lol
