27th May:

couscous with 12 olives (1.5), 1 tbsp pesto (3), quorn chicken style pieces and mixed peppers in frylight, 50g feta (HexA)

- also I managed to set fire to the kitchen again, left greaseproof paper much too close to the flames...

ice lolly (4.5)

quark with 1/2 tub of doritos mild salsa (2.5), carrot sticks and 3 Finn Crisp (1/2 HexB)

strawberries, raspberries and sweetened fat free fromage frais
