Typical you give her a bit of extra attention and treats and she expects it all the time!
Pilates sounds perfect for you if you've got a bad knee as you can use the ball... I'll check how much my friend pays - but that sounds about right for a class, does add up if you go every week though.

I was until hubby was late for tea - went to pot then grrrr!:(

Back on wagon (until cakes arrive):eek:
Bkft Fruit and yogurt, 2 weetabix HEXB and Skimmed milk HEXA
Mid morn: Banana
Lunch: Salad, SW Quiche and chicken, Fruit and yogurt
Dinner Cottage pie and Veg, ML Cherry yogurt 1 syn
Mid after: French fries, (5) Apple

Looks good lets see if I can keep to it...:)

I thought that was about the right cost for Pilates - not sure how many calories it burn but as long as it tones me up thats all I need.:)
