Good Morning everyone ! :p

The sun is shining and its going to be a lovely day :D. I have already been for my morning walk and drank 1 litre of water. I am still keeping the good habits of the challenge even though its over lol, want to be as healthy as possible before my op ;). I love the plant nanny app and find it really helps me to remember to drink my water (thanks Vonnie :)). I only have a few days left before my op so just going to have some normal SW days (green mainly :D), I will still post my food, up to Monday. Yes I've decided Monday will be my last day on mins :(, I have a lot of stuff to organise on Tuesday, a day before my op which is on Wednesday. Finger crossed it all goes to plan :rolleyes:.

I'm just having my green tea :coffee: and am going to catch up on diaries. I have a lot of catching up to do, so will hardly be on mine today till later. Hope your all enjoying this lovely weather ! :p

Morning Kay. Was just about to ask if you had the nice sunny weather today. We have too, it's gorgeous and it really does brighten your mood. As if Fridays weren't fantastic to start with :D

Big Cheesy Omelette - eggs, cheddar cheese (hea), green peppers, red peppers, onions, mushrooms.

Tea -
Haddock fillet (heb) with salad, olives 0.5 syns, mixed vegetable fried rice (brown rice).

Mixed Fruit Cheesecake - quark, choc options 2 syns, x2 Alpen Light double choc (heb), mixed fruit .

16g Options cherry hot choc - 2.5 syns
3 Litres (including herbal teas and squash)
x1 lemon zest tea
x3 green teas
x1 camomile and spiced apple
nas Robinsons squash

TOTAL SYNS = 5 :)

I know I feel like a complete pig after coming off the challenge :D not used to it Vonnie, I'm stuffed ! But I stayed within the plan though lol . I'm just going to enjoy my SW food these next few days because after I will be on liquids, doctors orders :( xx
