Hey hun how are you lovely ? Well done on your loss, I'm so happy for you, your making great progress each week. Guess what RR, I found the course on kgb for £39 , but my sis has told me to wait until my consultation appointment in 3 weeks and then see what the doc says because I need to make sure I am well enough to study. I hope to do it 2nd half of this year though.

Hi Carol, the weather was lovely today, I did a short 10 minute walk in the garden, going to try and increase it by 5 minutes each day, but of course if the pain starts I will stop, that's why I'm not venturing out, will stick with the garden so if I feel unwell I am at still at home . Hope your enjoying the weekend hun xx

Hello lovely hows you ? What a beautiful day we have had loving the sunshine, hope it stays this way for the rest of summer. Loved my walk in the garden but stopped after 10 minutes even though I wanted to carry on, going to take it slow. Hope your enjoying your weekend apart from the usual taxi run, hope you managed to get some good rest for your back hun xx

Love your bouncy bunny - just got in from work and watching footy with Paul while drinking NAS squash. Was too nice to be in work today - hope it is nice on my day off on Thursday as want to get out in the garden aka the jungle and get it sorted out - poor dog is getting lost in the long grass lol

Thanks Carol the bunny in the pic is raring to go like me can't wait to get back on the SW wagon next week. I've drank loads of nas squash today, when its hot its easier to hit my water target . I saw u mention on Von's diary about wanting to get plant nanny, its a brill app and has really got me drinking more water. I'm sure your garden will look lovely once your done with it, I love spending time in mine in the summer. Hope it stays nice and sunny for you on your day off xx

Just checked the weather forecast for Thursday and it says sun and showers - typical LOL. Think I may have to pay someone as everytime I want to get out in the garden it rains

10 mins is quite enough for starters hun you dont wanna overdo it! The weekend has flown over as usual boooo. Im at work all week, then 2 days the week after then I have 5 whole days off I cant wait whoop whoop - its my wedding anniversary whilst im off so I think were going out for a meal - my C will have to get someone to do the pay desk that week
