Kayte's Weight Loss Diary - Start Date 21.1.13

Week 3 - Day 15 - 1.5lb Loss, 5.5lb in total

Weigh in this morning - another 1.5lb loss - 5.5lb in 2 weeks, very happy with that!
It's funny as I don't yet 'feel' slimmer, sure that will come - soon I hope!

Breakfast
Activia Yog/ banana

Chick/1 scrambled egg/salad
Supper
Home made chick curry - made with chick,onions,peas,sweetcorn,tinned toms,curry powder, turmeric. with brown rice.

HEx A - 350ml skimmed milk
HEx B - didn't have today, forgot about it!

2 satsuma's
Mullerlite

Special K choc chip - 4
Total - 9

Kayte your doing so well! 5.5 in a couple of weeks is great!! Your menus are looking good and so honest lol Keep it up and youll be at goal before you know it x

Felt quite stressed this afternoon, and tetchy too :sigh: - usually a danger signal, like, eat lots and lots of sweets - then you will feel better :jelous: - so used nearly all my syns today!
Had trouble sleeping tonight - maybe baked pot in evening?

i am too going it alone as can not afford to pay, but every tue i write my weight down and put £5 in my piggy bank and do the diet, it's great to come on here when feeling fed up i do miss the group support but he ho this site really helps good luck !!
