Kayte's Weight Loss Diary - Start Date 21.1.13

Week 15 - 3rd May - FIRST RED DAY :)

So, trying my first red day today - still think it's complicated! Worked out I can have measured pots etc, made me feel bit more motivated though trying something different. So here's my first Red....

Breakfast
Banana/strawberries/fat free nat yog
Lunch
Turkey slices/2 ryvita/2 L cow/Salad - Raspberries/pineapple/fat free nat yog - (felt like a feast!)
Supper
Chicken/200gm boiled new pots (heb)/salad
Hex A - 350ml s milk/2 L cow
Hex B - 2 ryvita + 1 alpen light/ 200gm new pots
Snacks - grapes/orange/apple/pear
Syns - freddo 5 - 2 p/w 5 - greek muller 1 = 11
 
Week 15 - Sun 5th May - Red

I went to the cinema last night and took my own little treats with me - my friend had bought me a box of maltesers - which I declined!!! So hoping for a loss tomorrow :scale:

Breakfast
2 weetabix/banana/muller light
Lunch
2 ryvita/Tuna/ 2 L cow/salad/natural ff yog/strawberries
Supper
Chicken/Turkey/200gm boiled pots/cauliflower/ gravy
Hex A - 350 s milk/2 L cow
Hex B - 2 weetabix/2 ryvita/1 alpen light
Snacks - orange/apple/pear/muller light
Syns freddo 5 - 2 p/w 5

Week 16 - Mon 6th May - Green

A 2lb loss for me this week, so only 2lb off my first stone :) - my mix of red and green day's seem to have made a difference, so think I will mix them again this week. A few people have commented that I look slimmer, and that's always so good to hear!!

Mugshot/muller light
Supper
2 quorn sausages/baked pot/beans/salad
Hex A - 350ml s milk/2 L cow
Hex B - 2 Alpen light/3 ryvita
Snacks - grapes/2 satsumas/apple
Syns - quorn saus 2 - freddo 5 - 2p/w 5 - 1 choc snack a jack - 3 = 15

im not doing well at all, im nursing a broken toe and an ear infection. Dieting has gone through the window for the time being. Considering the Dukan plan again if i can get my head into it again, its never as easy 2nd time around x
 
Thanks Kayte, i think i just need a rethink and refocus on what i need to do and come on here more because when i read the diaries i do feel a bit more inspired to do it. x
 
Thanks for asking Helen, not too good really. Week started well, and went down hill from Thursday!! all over weekend off track. Scales say up 2lb this morning :(
All emotional eating, I can identify that - but changing it is something different altogether. Keep trying, so back on today. Hope your doing well, have a good week xx

Keep going, is the understanding why we eat that helps even if we can't help ourselves. :bighug:

NOOO! thats not good. Sticking to any eating plan when you don't feel well is always hard.

Give yourself some time and get back better.

A friend is doing the Dunkan Diet - its sounds really complicated! He was on week one when I saw him and only eating lean protein and drinking water all week, and nothing else. No fruit and veg would kill me!

Good luck with what ever you try next, but let us know how you are getting along.
