lunch= ainsley harriotts mexican cous cous and some sushi

tea= salad garlic mushrooms and salmon

hex a= milk
hex b= salmon

healthy snacks= apple

syns= low fat soft cheese= 3
sushi= 2.5
cherry choc muller light=2.5

tea= qourn chicken stir fry

hex b= ww wm bread

healthy snacks= apple

syns= blue dragon sweet chili and garlic sauce 4.5

muller choc cherry= 2
butter= 2

healthy snacks= apple, raspberries and strawberries topped with a vanilla muller light

sysn, sauce in stir fry = 4.5
lean bacon= 2
jam= 2
1 quality street= 1.5
suger in tea= 2
 
Menu looking good, did you try the magic porridge, I find it very filling only trouble is I keep forgeting to make it the night before, I've started leaving a note on the fridge to remind me! :D

i did try it but i did it with a cherry yogurt it was a bit to sweet so goona try it with the banna or vanilla

lunch= left over bacon and penne pasta

tea= 3 ryvita cottage cheese tomato and cucmber, raspberries topped with vanilla muller light

hex a= milk
hex b= ryvitas

healthysnacks= melon,grapes, 2 apples, muller light

syns= butter= 2
ww wm bread= 3.5
lean bacon= 2
flying sauces=4.5

Hi Kel, how are you doing, haven't been on for a couple of days due to being very busy, hope your keeping on track, will catch up later, just off to buy curtains with blackout lining am fed up with waking so early due to light mornings hey ho! keep positive!

Well done Kel, I bet your pleased, I managed to lose 1 lb this week, did red all week, so going to try green all week as I lost more when I did it the week before, so hoping I can do it again, he! he! :)

breakfast= raspberries, strawberries topped with vanilla muller light

lunch= jacket potatoe and beans and cheese

tea= sw chips quorn chicken nuggets and beans

healthy snacks= frozen muller light

hex a= milk
hex b= cheese

syns= 4 qourn chicken nuggets= 2
 
Menu's looking good, hope your doing ok, been good this week and have managed 6 days on green, not sure what i'm doing tomorrow, may have to do red, as were having roast chicken and i love chicken, so will decide tomorrow wether to or stick with green and make it 7 days, will let you know!!!
