i really enjoyed doing red days but todays a green because i need to go shopping lol

breakfast= strawberrys, raspberries and vanilla muller light

lunch=ham sandwich, apple

tea= spagetti bolognaise using qourn

hex a= milk
hex b= ww bread

syns= 3 chips= 4 syns
skinny cow mint ice cream=4.5
1 slice of wafer thin ham= 2
healthy snacks= muller light

Menu looks good, how do you find the quorn mince, I found it a bit mushy, I like the chicken style pieces, i use them for curries but didn't have a lot of sucess with the mince!

i like the mince but its only because i dont like normal mince i really should become a veggie lol

well just got back from the doctors and they have me weighing 10lbs lighter than sw scales

so im now 13.7 im so chuffed

i really hope there scales are acurate :confused:

hex b= lamb chop

healthy snacks= frozen muller light

syns= ww danish bread=3.5
wf ham= 2.0
2 crab sticks= 2
gravy=2.5
walkers smoky bacon crisps=6.5
yorkie pudding= 3

total syns 19.5

gone over my syns today but ill just cut back 2morrow

i know lol its a massive boost because ive been stuck in the 14 stones for ages

just joined the xmas challenge to keep me focused

tea= salad, new potatoes and cottage cheese

I've been so busy the last couple of days as my son and his wife are off to Poland for 10 days on Sunday and I've been looking after my G.daughter so they can pack and get ready, but I've manage to keep to plan, not using enough syns and using both B's though so must try and plan ahead better.
I have also joined the July challenge, hope I do better this time, been a bit more realistic with my goal. :)

yes i set my goal at 10lbs so hopefully i can achieve this one lol

i tried magic porridge but not sure what i make of it ill have to try it again lol xx

tea= sw quiche, sw wedges side salad and lowfat colslaw

hex b= oats

healthy snacks= banna, 2 apples frozen

lunch= 3 wholegrain ryvitas, sweet chilli cottage cheese topped with cucumber and tomatoes

tea= kfc :eek:
hex a= milk
hex b= 1 weetabix and 3 ryvitas

sysn= cottage cheese= 0.5

well tonight i went to the cinema to see eclipse (its amazing) and i managed to resist all temptation however i didnt get in until 10 and couldnt be bothered to cook so i went to kfc :eek:

pineapple cottage cheese= 1
muller light= 2.5

had to work today so couldnt wi just going to take it from next mon as my scales arent very acurate

i already have i was told on thursday that i needed to go into work mon, usually i would pig out because i know that i would have time to put it right but i havent this time and im proud of that :D
