Just attack. I had about three to four weeks off over Xmas. I do think it's mostly water. I felt really bloated. Yuk! Going to PV tomorrow as going to in laws. It will be food-a-geddon! So a couple of pp days then cruise properly.

Haven't gone down a size though. I fit in some size 18 jeans that were a bit small when I got them though...

Wow! Incredible Jellie! I think I might do an extra PP day this week to combat my er, pigging out! BUT part of me wants to see if I can have the occasional blow out without having to make up for it. My friend lost 3 stone a couple of years ago. She maintains her weight with a blow out every couple of weeks and then just bring 'good' (nothing extreme) AND she only weighs herself every month or so.

I'll see what the scales say on Thursday (or if I can hold my nerve until then!)

Of course your jeans will fit you. 12 bloody lb!

Breakfast - usual

Snack - yogurt and SF jelly

Lunch - steak, 2 eggs, tomatoes, 2 multi sees flatbread thingies with 1 wafer thin piece reduced fat cheese and ham.

Snack - pear

35 minute walk

Tea - turkey sausages in tomatoes with sage, peppers, onions, carrots (and half tin of baked beans found in fridge) with spinach and a roasted red pepper.

Snack - FFFF with rhubarb, raspberries and blueberries

MAN I LOVE DUKAN!


I had a real pig out in Thursday and put on 3lb. It's now Sunday, I have eaten sensibly but have had lots of food and have not given up my muffins, rhubarb, raspberries, blueberries or yogurt. I've had tonnes of healthy, delicious food and I've lost 2 of those pesky lbs. No denying myself, no suffering, no cravings.

Weight - 9 stone 8 (only 1lb off goal)

Breakfast - muffins, rhubarb, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt. Tea.

Lunch - fried egg and mushrooms, apple.

Snack - 2 seeded flatbreads with slither of cheese and wafer thin ham.

Tea - steak bolognaise, broccoli, courgette and tomato salad (with olive oil and balsamic - AMAZING cooking by my sister) slice of bread and butter.

2 oranges

I Choc chip cookie (large, delicious!)

I know its a real chore isn't it!

I went out for dinner recently with a few girls from choir and even though I'd said I was doing dukan , and another was saying she knew a whole family who had done it and kept the weight off' one girl kept on about how unhealthy it was, we should do ww etc. I shut her up when I said you're just as likely to put all the weight back on at WW than any plan. Your foods above look super healthy to me! Deprived I think not Lol!

Let her eat raw carrots- I'll be munching on steak!

Considering 30 day shred (paired with first ever teaching practice for next 6 weeks)..... Mad? Crazy? All or nothing? Yes yes yes!!!
 
I did start 30 day shred and it was good! Stopped though! :)

I did one day back in August then my husband got rushed into hospital (inflammation of the pericardium!) so i had to put my training on hold. Ahem, 5 months later I'll have another bash!

I remember not being able to walk down stairs after day one!

I make a salad dressing with extra virgin olive oil but only use a small amount on my salad and use it same for a treat when cooking mushrooms but not a lot xxx
