Hi all (:)

I have been doing slimming world for just over a year now + am very much enjoying it! I have just recently swapped to EE.
I will post my food diaries daily + would be grateful for any advice!

Today
Breakfast
Special K - HexB
Milk - HexA
Banana

Mid-morning snack
Blackberries


Lunch
Uncle benns sweet + sour rice pot (1)
apple

Will update dinner when I have eaten it so it's correct :)

Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow! 0.5 to lose to get my 3st award
 
After a half pound gain last night I drowned my sorrows with milky buttons! + now feel awful :(
But that has motivated me to have an excellent week.

Lunch -
Pasta with chicken, bacon, mushrooms onions peppers + courgettes
Apple

For dinner I am planning turkey burgers, wedges + salad.

Come on now, half a pound is such a tiny gain! Nothing to get too upset about.

Stick to plan this week and I'm sure you'll have that (plus more!) off at WI next week.

I know I should be thinking more like that.
I'm now on a mission, I think I have let it slip the past few weeks so hopefully writing this food diary will help :)

How long did it take you to loose 3 stones and did you exercise

Its taken me a year, slow + steady losses for me :) my theory is the longer it takes to come off the more likely I am to keep it off. I do exercise but not regularly as I'm studying Aat + have lots of exams so fit it in when I can but me + 26 others from my SW group are doing the London moonwalk so I have been training for that which has helped me tone more than with weightloss.

Struggled with my 1/3 superfree today as ran out of fruit until I have been shopping tomorrow.

Added extra broccoli + cauliflower

Steak, jacket + salad from F+B's added a few syns for any oil used in cooking (5)

Yeah, unfortunately just found this out! Yummy but don't think il be getting them anymore. May explain my half pound gain last week.

Shouldnt be eating anymore as I'm super full from that yummy dinner :)

I also had a Greggs toffee yum yum last night (14.5) so a little over syns yesterday.

But it was weigh in day yesterday + I finally got my 3st award last night with a 1lb weight loss :))
