Forgot to update last night, but just for my own reference I'm just making note on here that I only had 14.5/18 yesterday. Today has been pretty good too but im not 100% sure on points so I'll say I used all of today's and the ones I saved yesterday too, just to be safe.
Have been for two runs/walks yesterday and today too. I make sure I upload my walks to Facebook so everyone can see whether I'm making the effort or not.
