Today's food has been almost the same as yesterday.

B. Porridge - 2
L. Salad, thin, jelly, grapes - 2.5
D. Sea bass and rice - 8
S. Small Homemade cereal bar - 1

I have had a tunnocks caramel wafer bar and have absolutely no idea of the points for it. Any ideas anyone. I suspect itl take me over my points unfortunately.

No exercise today either. Somehow my clothes feel tighter too. Am determined not to peek on the scales though.

Today's menu is a bit tight points wise, but fingers crossed.

Mash - 2
Veg - 0

Snacks
Crisps - 1.5
Jelly - 0
Grapes - 1
Choc mousse - 1
Homemade cereal bar - 1

Total: 18.5/18-eeek.

Doing a walk later so will ignore that sneaky half point. Also, the snacks are only there if needed. I may nt have the mousse, crisps or cereal bar. (yeah right)

Why are weekends so tricky when dieting??

Today's plans are

B. Porridge, 2
L. Wrap and salad, 2
D. Prawn curry, 6 and rice, 4

S. Crisps, 1.5
Jelly, 0
Choc mousse, 1

Total if I can stick to it, 16.5/18

Wi on Monday. Trousers still very snug but I feel like I've done well. I'll certainly be loosing faith in this diet if I don't loose this week.

Ok, I stuck to today's plan, although I didn't have breakfast or my crisps, but I did go for a mini naan with my curry (3) and I've had a piece or two of chocolate. Been on a small walk again though.

Right, it's wi shortly. (I weigh at home). I'm a bit nervous after yesterday but it's too late now, I know I did my best all week.

Got a cross trainer for free off free cycle yesterday so hoping I can up the exercise a little bit.

Not sure on today's menu, but itl be vaguely like this:

B. Crumpets, 2.5

L. Salad and wrap, 2

D, sausages and crushed new potatoes and beans, ??????

S, jelly, crisps, 1.5,..............?
