I have decided that doing a diary can help to keep me on track.

If there is anything anyone sees and thinks im doing wrong please say, i wont bite your head off (unless its chocolate lol!)

Week 1 day 7.

Breakfast. vanilla sf shake
Snack. rasins
Lunck. sf chocolate crunch bar
Dinner. pork stirfry
Snack. low cal yogurt

Drinks
3 glasses water
3 cups tea with skimmed milk and 1 sug
1 small glass diet coke

Not too bad today:D

Week 2 Day 1

Breakfast. Strawberry sf shake
Snack. Small pot custard
Lunch. Sf chocolate crunch bar
Snack. Half toasted tea cake
Dinner. Chicken pie potatos and veg

Drinks
3 cups tea skimmed milk and 1 sugar
3 glasses water

Week 2 day 2

Breakfast - got up way too late so didnt have time to make it up
Lunch - forgot my sf bar so had tuna sandwich
Snack - sf chocolate and caramel bar
Dinner -

2 tea skimmed milk 1 sugar

looks like you have been doing great so far! Remember to have those 8 glasses of water a day it will help with sticking to the diet. Will keep you fuller and make your skin glow!
