I am no expert, but I would suggest more fruit and veg in your days. Aim for at least 5-a-day and see if that boosts your loss next week. Five different types a day that is. Good luck!
 
Yeah, i'm really bad when it comes to having my 5 a day. I hate vegetables and get fed up with fruit but I will try harder, thanks for the advice:)
 
Monday 11th October Green day

HEa:350ml milk
42g lf cheese
HEb:28g porridge
2 alpen light

Breakfast:
porridge
2 satsumas
apple

Lunch:
batchelors mac cheese
cheese, tomato cucumber
ff vanilla yogurt

Dinner:
jacket potato
egg mayo 2 syns
tomato cucumber spring onion beetroot pickled onions
ff yogurt
time out bar 5 syns

Snacks:
tea
2 alpen light
2 pears

Total Syns: 7

Thank you. Have found it ok this week , until today when all I want to do is eat. haven't blown it yet though:)
 
managed to survive yesterday without being a pig. Must be the cold weather as I'm hungry again today and it's all hot stuff I want. Oh well.

Youre doing so well! I want to pig out too! Currently trying to figure out how many syns I have from my weekly allowance lol
