Monday 25th October
HEa: 175ml milk/21 g lf cheese
HEb: 28g porridge oats

Breakfast:
porridge & banana
cup of tea

Lunch:
jacket potato
beans & cheese
salad (tomato cucumber peppers spring onion sugarsnap peas)

Dinner:

Snacks:
timeout bar 5.5 syns
tea

Last week has been totally off plan, think pizza burgers fish & chips crisps cakes chocolate etc etc etc.....

New week: new start.

Sunday 31st October: WI -0.5lb(green day)

HEa:350ml milk & 42g lf cheese
HEb: 2 alpen light

Breakfast:
2 alpen light
2 satsumas
2 pears
cup of tea

Lunch:
2 pkts sweet chilli supernoodles
ff yogurt
peppermint tea

Dinner:
2 jacket potatoes
cheese & beans
cucumber tomato & peppers
sw rice pudding (hea milk)

No snacks & no syns

cheese & tomato flat bread ????? syns

Dinner:
sw cajun spice wedges
sw quiche (tomato & spring onion)
tomato cucumber & peppers
ff yogurt

Snacks:
snack a jacks 6 syns
3 satsumas
tea

Total syns: not sure of syns as don't know how many syns in the flat bread. No syns yesterday and 9 from today so will use all of them for the bread.
 
Tuesday 2nd November (EE)

HEa: 175ml milk/21g lf cheese

Breakfast:
porridge & banana
2 cups of tea

Lunch:
beef stew (carrots tomatoes & onion)
mashed potato 2 syns (butter)
diet coke

Dinner:
sw pizza ( pitta bread Cheese tomato onion fresh pineapple ham) 7 syns

Snacks:
peppermint tea
lf raspberry muffin 5 syns
grapes

Total syns: 14. Should I be trying to cut back on the amount of syns I use?
 
No don't cut back in your syns until youre close to target! As otherwise you'll have nothing to help you along at the end!
 
Sunday 7th November: WI +2.5lbs Expected.

HEa: 175ml milk/ 3 laughing cow triangles
HEb: 2 alpen light

Breakfast:
2 bananas
1 satsuma
cup of tea

Lunch:
scrambled eggs
beans
2 crackerbread 2 syns
3 laughing cow triangles
cucumber
pear

Dinner:
roast chicken
mashed potatoes
SW roast potatoes
cabbage
chicken gravy 1.5 syns

Snacks:
2 alpen light
kitkat 5.5 syns
hot chocolate 2 syns
tea

Total syns: 11

Good start to the week, even with a cold.

batchelors mac cheese 2 syns
cheese

hot choccolate 6 syns
ff yogurt
alpen light
tea

Total syns: 8
Been a bit of a struggle to be interested in food today. Sore throat & ears make it hard to swallow
