Yeh it's cereal, they come in mini bags. Not great but get quite a few for 96 cals n take the sweet edge off! x

Just done 50 sit ups while the dog was out on the garden. Attempted another 50 when he came back in but only managed about 7 before he was jumping all over me! Will do them in the bedroom tomorrow! Little bugger xx

Ohh I think I tried them once! I'm a cereal addict honestly cud eat bowls & bowls of crunchy nut cornflakes lol I spotted a new cereal today which looked like crunchy but granola with chocolate swirls but I didn't even go near it as I bet its like 400 cals a bowl! I remember getting 1 from marks and spencer once "triple chocolate gronola" it's like heaven lol

I bought that once when it was reduced in Asda, such a tiny portion for 30g, I needed 60g at a time at least lol x

hows your day been everyone? mines been good ive had a healthy-ish day & been swimming & walked dogs! ive realised that i just cant control my sweet tooth at all though!!! every day ive had unplanned goodies :\ seems to be late at night my sweet cravings are the worst! not good! anyways its my bday tommorrow so having a day off & have lotssss of nice calorific treats in store lol just hope the scales aren't too harsh on fri as i want them to go downwards not upwards!!! lol x
