Right , i got some last night for the first time , they taste lovely fried with oil ! , seriously tested myself and they where dark purple last night and the same first thing this morning , now im guessing this is good news , but what does it mean simply , am i going to start to shift weight when im purple ?

Turning ketostix pink means you are in ketosis, or the fat-burning phase. However, please ensure you are drinking enough water, as my understanding is that dark purple may be a sign of dehydration...
