Hi All :)
Is the any connections between Ketosis and aches n pains?
I am on day 5 and know I'm in Ketosis. But my legs ache this evening. They feel like ive been doing exercises.
I have been to work today and up and down and on and off my chair, but no different to always. So I was wondering could it be anything to do with Ketosis.
I am a typical pear shaped body, so carry most of my weight around my hips and legs.

I used to get cramps in my legs when I did Cambridge Diet and it was down to something to do with not enough sodium (or something like that!).

I was advised to just have the tiniest pinch of salt on an evening and it really did help.

Just wonder if this might be causing the aches in your legs too?

I've had it in the past,i found drinking more water and going for a gentle walk really help.It helps remove the toxin build up.

Hello - me too, felt like flu symptoms, I took a few paracetemol. It clears up after a day or two though.

Thanks Guys for all your help.
I haven't had cramps yet! *touch wood* but I have started to add a pinch of salt to my soups.
I'm also drinking loads of water :)
