Ketosis, no loss

Hi folks
I'm currently doing the High Protein Diet Low carb.

I've been in Ketosis now for well over a week and nothing seems to be happening with the weight. Does anyone know why this might be?

I do on the other hand feel fantastic, no afternoon slumps, perky and all in all performing a lot better daily without the carbs.

I'm sure its gonig to start moving at sometime but was just wondering when.

I'm keeping a diary, I'm not having exorbitant amounts of Calories either.

I'm sure people would be able to help more if you posted your daily menus.
 
Hi Hr - this board a bit quiet. You are welcome to come over to the atkins board where all low carbers are welcome. You will just need to tell us a bit more about your plan and post some menus. We are masters (unfortunately) at spotting known stallers on low carb diets!
