    Just wondering if anyone on here uses a kettle bell for a workout? I've heard they are good for toning, and have brought myself one today as I need to start exercising, and wondered if anyone has had success with them?

    Yes same here, heard they are good re toning especially for ppl who are an apple shape. Would love a link to explain the workout b4 buying. All help needed
