K so fell off wagon on weekend and seriously need to get back on it ...

Please people give me kick up arse and any words of motivation you might have because I seriously need them!!!

What doesn't help is I have a stinky cold which is sitting on my chest and ear infection so feeling totally under the weather.... Help help help :-(

edit - just realised my reasons are all specific to doing a VLCD. forgot i was on the general weightloss section... sorry!

ok - what keeps me on the straight and narrow in the face of awful days and strong temptations:

1 - what a waste of money! this diet isn't cheap, and every day you set yourself back is six quid you're just throwing away!

2 - once you get to goal you can start learning to live your life with choices and freedom about food. daunting, yes - but exciting! I don't want to put that day off any longer than i have to.

3 - getting into ketosis is grim. whatever i might want to eat, it isn't worth going through that feeling again!
