Right, this is my last weight loss diary. I have been messing around a bit with my weight over the last couple of months trying a few different 'diets'. Although I have lost 6 lbs (going from 14st1lb to 13st8lb), I haven't really been taking it seriously. From today I'm going to record my diary daily (feel free to moan at me if you haven't seen an update for a while) and hit the gym hard, I'm aiming for 1350 calories a day. I have booked a holiday in the middle of may and I want to have made some serious damage by then. First mini goal: 13stone Todays food: Breakfast: Nothing (I am very bad for this) Snack: Apple (80) Lunch: Baxters tomato, chorizo and mixed bean soup (232) Small sushi (256) Snack: Orange (87) Drinks: Coffee with semi-skimmed milk x3 (47) Dinner is going to be a homemade prawn curry with what calories I have left (648) Gym session tonight will ne mainly weights based.
