Kim's food diary (Addicted to SW chips)(green)

Never done a food diary but restarted SW yesterday so will put in yesterday's menu and todays.
I have my healthy extra A in skimmed milk throughout the day so wont include it :)
I'm doing green by the way

Yesterday-

Breakfast -
2 wholemeal toast (400g loaf) HexB
Beans
Lots of mushrooms

Lunch - can of chickpea dahl

Dinner - Spaghetti bolognese (quorn mince, tinned toms, mushrooms, onions, garlic, oregano(sp) )

Late night snack - SW chips and beans

Fruit -
2 oranges
1 banana
handful of grapes
raspberries
2 apricots

Syns - 2 finger kit kat , 5.5



Today- 16/09/10

Breakfast -
2 wholemeal toast
2 quorn sausages
1 egg
beans
mushrooms
tomatoes


Lunch - 2 tiny baked potatoes with left over quorn bolognese

Dinner - 2 frylighted eggs, chips and beans

Fruit
Orange
1/2 banana
grapes
3 apricots

Syns
2 finger kit kat - 5.5

Today -

Breakfast
2 wholemeal toast HexB, beans, 2 eggs, SW hash browns.

Lunch - Pasta broccoli bake out of the SW mag. (broccoli, onion, tomatoes)

Dinner - SW chips, fried egg and mushy peas.

Fruit - banana, grapes, raspberries, 2 apricots

Syns - 2 finger kit kat 5.5
1 tbsp brown sauce - 1
small can of veg ravioli - 0.5

Total 7 syns
